Chef Matthew Jorgensen has been involved in the food industry for over 20 years working with a variety of culinary notables and in many fine dining restaurants which include the Poly Tech Club, Max Groups, etc . Born and raised in Vermont, Matthew has learned how important it is to use farm fresh foods and local products in every dish he creates. While trained in (American/Continental) Cuisines at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Matthew along with his culinary design team implement flavors from all over the world.
